Biggs Darklighter

Biggs piloted an x-wing fighter in a number of battles before the battle of Yavin before uniting with Luke on the fourth moon of Yavin. He piloted Red 3 and he destroyed a number of tie fighters before finally taken down by a blast from Darth Vader's Tie fighter.
